Emily Anderson, who is reenacting Alice Ramsey’s groundbreaking drive across the United States, is featured in The New York Times. In 1909 Alice Ramsey became the first woman to drive across the United States and this year, Emily Anderson is celebrating the 100 year anniversary of her trip by following Alice’s route. The article highlights the importance of Alice’s trip and notes that the proceeds from Emily’s drive will go to benefit Women for Women International.
