Our Partner, Olive Smart, Donates 20% of Sales to Women for Women International!

Starting January 1st, the District of Columbia enacted the Anacostia River Cleanup and Protections Act. The act puts into place a 5-cent fee on all disposable paper and plastic carryout bags used at grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores, food vendors and other shops in the city. The act encourages the use of environmentally friendly reusable bags; utilizing an Olive Smart reusable bag is a great way to protect our environment and support Women for Women International at the same time.
