On Wednesday, March 24, a yoga workshop will be held in Massachusetts to benefit Women for Women International. Restorative Yoga is said to be pure bliss at the end of a busy day. If you’ve never tried it, you’re in for a treat. Restorative yoga can help to relieve stress, anxiety, tension, depression, and nervous disorders. It can also balance the body and is a perfect complement to an active lifestyle. If you’re worried you won’t “get a practice in” don’t be– they’ll be targeting spine, heart and hips in this workshop.
