Help Women Survivors of War and Sleep Well

To benefit Women for Women International, our partner Kathi Casey is holding a workshop to help troubled sleepers sleep better at night.  Using traditional methods, Kathi’s simple and powerful instructions will guide you through breathing techniques that will relieve any stress or tension you hold.

Proceeds will go directly to the programs of Women for Women International.  Suggested donations is $15.
