Attention, DC area supporters!

We are embarking on an exciting new initiative and we’d like to ask local supporters of WfWI for your help! We have a goal to improve customer service delivery across the entire organization and we are seeking input from you in order to give us critical insight.

We are holding an informal session at our DC office to explore what customer service means to our supporters and various other stakeholders. The goal of the gathering is to engage in an open and transparent dialogue around the issues of customer service and begin to define what the highest level of service means to you.  We would like to invite you to be a part of that conversation.

Attendees will be asked to describe and explore the best experiences they have had in customer service over the years (not necessarily with WfWI) with the goal of understanding what exceptional quality service looks like for them so that we can begin to understand specifically what we are trying to achieve in this area. 
 
We have scheduled this meeting on Wednesday, April 18, from 9:00am until noon at our Washington DC office and we would love to have you join us.  Continental breakfast will be available at 8:30.  Please note that it is essential to attend for the full three hours to provide meaningful input.
